Admission Requirements	รับนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนดี โครงการเรียนดีอังกฤษ (โรงเรียนไทย) 1. เป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ - คณิตศาสตร์ ที่ศึกษาตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 2. มีค่าลำดับขั้นสะสมเฉลี่ย (GPA) ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปัที่ 4 และ 5 แต่ละชั้นปีไม่น้อยกว่า 3.75 3. มีค่าลำดับขั้นเฉลี่ยในแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา ได้แก่ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์ และคณิตศาสตร์ ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 และ 5 รวมกันทั้งที่เป็นวิชาพื้นฐานและเพิ่มเติม เฉลี่ยแต่ละกลุ่มวิชาไม่น้อยกว่า 3.50 4. เป็นผู้ที่มีความโดดเด่นทางภาษาอังกฤษ โดยแสดงหลักฐานผลการสอบความรู้ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งที่สอบภายใน 2 ปี (นับถึงวันสุดท้ายที่รับสมัคร) ดังนี้ - ได้คะแนนสอบ IELTS (iBT) มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 79 หรือ - ได้คะแนนสอบ IELTS (Overall Band Score) มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 6.5 หรือ - CU-TEP มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 80 มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน) ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 15 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านวิชาการ ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านนวัตกรรมหรือวิจัย ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้น ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพแพทย์ ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน รับนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนดี โครงการเรียนดีอังกฤษ (โรงเรียนนานาชาติ) 1. กำลังศึกษาอยู่ Grade 12 หรือ Year 13 หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาในหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือหลักสูตรอื่นที่เทียบเท่าไม่เกิน 2 ปี (นับถึงวันสุดท้ายที่รับสมัคร) จากโรงเรียนนานาชาติทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่ใช้หลักสูตรตามระบบการศึกษาของอเมริกันหรืออังกฤษ และได้รับการรับรองจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 2. มีผลการเรียนใน Grade 10 - 11 หรือ Year 11 - 12 ใน 3 วิชา คือ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ ได้ลำดับขั้นไม่น้อยกว่า Grade B+ หรือคะแนนไม่น้อยกว่า 85% หรือมีผลการสอบ IGCSE, GCSE หรือ GCE 'O' Level ใน 3 วิชา คือ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ ไม่น้อยกว่า Grade B+ 3. มีผลการสอบอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งต่อไปนี้ - SAT subject tests (SAT II) score วิชาชีววิทยา (Bio-M), เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ (level2) แต่ละวิชาต้องได้คะแนนไม่น้อยกว่า 650 - AP exam score วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า Grade 4 - AS/A level วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า Grade A - IB Diploma วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า level 6 - มีผลการสอบ TOEFL (iBT) ไม่น้อยกว่า 100 หรือ - IELTS (Overall Band Score) ไม่น้อยกว่า 7.0 - มีผลการสอบ BMAT - สามารถสื่อสารด้วยภาษาไทยได้ มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน) ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 15 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านวิชาการ ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงศักยภาพทางด้านนวัตกรรมหรือวิจัย ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้น ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพแพทย์ ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน

Admission Requirements

รับนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนดี โครงการเรียนดีอังกฤษ (โรงเรียนไทย)

1. เป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 กลุ่มการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ - คณิตศาสตร์ ที่ศึกษาตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

2. มีค่าลำดับขั้นสะสมเฉลี่ย (GPA) ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปัที่ 4 และ 5 แต่ละชั้นปีไม่น้อยกว่า 3.75

3. มีค่าลำดับขั้นเฉลี่ยในแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา ได้แก่ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์ และคณิตศาสตร์ ในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 และ 5 รวมกันทั้งที่เป็นวิชาพื้นฐานและเพิ่มเติม เฉลี่ยแต่ละกลุ่มวิชาไม่น้อยกว่า 3.50

4. เป็นผู้ที่มีความโดดเด่นทางภาษาอังกฤษ โดยแสดงหลักฐานผลการสอบความรู้ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งที่สอบภายใน 2 ปี (นับถึงวันสุดท้ายที่รับสมัคร) ดังนี้

- ได้คะแนนสอบ IELTS (iBT) มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 79 หรือ

มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพแพทย์ ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2558 - ปัจจุบัน พร้อมแสดงหลักฐานของผลงานนั้นๆ ไม่เกินคนละ 1 ผลงาน

รับนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนดี โครงการเรียนดีอังกฤษ (โรงเรียนนานาชาติ)

1. กำลังศึกษาอยู่ Grade 12 หรือ Year 13 หรือสำเร็จการศึกษาในหลักสูตรมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือหลักสูตรอื่นที่เทียบเท่าไม่เกิน 2 ปี (นับถึงวันสุดท้ายที่รับสมัคร) จากโรงเรียนนานาชาติทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่ใช้หลักสูตรตามระบบการศึกษาของอเมริกันหรืออังกฤษ และได้รับการรับรองจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

2. มีผลการเรียนใน Grade 10 - 11 หรือ Year 11 - 12 ใน 3 วิชา คือ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ ได้ลำดับขั้นไม่น้อยกว่า Grade B+ หรือคะแนนไม่น้อยกว่า 85% หรือมีผลการสอบ IGCSE, GCSE หรือ GCE 'O' Level ใน 3 วิชา คือ ชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ ไม่น้อยกว่า Grade B+

3. มีผลการสอบอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งต่อไปนี้

- SAT subject tests (SAT II) score วิชาชีววิทยา (Bio-M), เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ (level2) แต่ละวิชาต้องได้คะแนนไม่น้อยกว่า 650

- AP exam score วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า Grade 4

- AS/A level วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า Grade A
- IB Diploma วิชาชีววิทยา เคมี ฟิสิกส์หรือคณิตศาสตร์ แต่ละวิชาต้องไม่น้อยกว่า level 6

- มีผลการสอบ TOEFL (iBT) ไม่น้อยกว่า 100 หรือ

- IELTS (Overall Band Score) ไม่น้อยกว่า 7.0

- มีผลการสอบ BMAT

- สามารถสื่อสารด้วยภาษาไทยได้

Applicants whose first or native language is English will be exempted from the English Placement Test, but will still be required to take entrance examinations as specified by individual faculties/colleges. 2. High School graduation certificate/diploma for Mattayom 6, or Grade 12, or equivalent. 3. High School cumulative GPAX of at least 2.50 or equivalent. 4. A GPA Scores of 2.50 or higher, or C+, or equivqlent, in each of the following three subjects: Sciences: Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng.)

Admission Requirements

English Language : minimum IELTS band score of 5.0, or TOEFL score of 500 PBT (173 CBT or 61 IBT) or English National Test Level 4 (for Chinese Students), or CUF (Common European Framework) Level A2, not older than 2 years. Applicants whose first or native language is English will ba exempted from the English Placement Test, but will still be required to take entrance examinations as specified by individual faculties/colleges. Note : A minimum IELTS band score of 5.5 is required for Nursing Science applicants. Applicants whose first or native language is not English must submit the required TOEFL or IELST scores. In case of those applicants who do not have IELTS or TOEFL scores, the must take the English Placement Test at Chiang Mai University International College or at Chiang Mai University Thai Language and Culture Center at either Yunnan Normal University, Kunming, or Chengdu University, Chengdu, P.R. of China. Those whose scores fall between 30-59 will be required to attend and pass the Pre-College English Program at Chiang Mai University International College at their own expense. Applicants whose scores are below 30 will not be accepted. Note : Nursing Science applicants whose first or native language is not English must submit the required TOEFL or IELST scores, otherwise the applications will be automatically disqualified. 2. Software Engineering (B.Sc.)

Admission Requirement

1. English Language : minimum IELTS band score of 5.0, or TOEFL score of 500 PBT (173 CBT or 61 IBT) or English National Test Level 4 (for Chinese Students), or CUF (Common European Framework) Level A2, not older than 2 years. Applicants whose first or native language is English will ba exempted from the English Placement Test, but will still be required to take entrance examinations as specified by individual faculties/colleges.
Note : A minimum IELTS band score of 5.5 is required for Nursing Science applicants.

Applicants whose first or native language is not English must submit the required TOEFL or IELST scores. In case of those applicants who do not have IELTS or TOEFL scores, the must take the English Placement Test at Chiang Mai University International College or at Chiang Mai University Thai Language and Culture Center at either Yunnan Normal University, Kunming, or Chengdu University, Chengdu, P.R. of China.

Those whose scores fall between 30-59 will be required to attend and pass the Pre-College English Program at Chiang Mai University International College at their own expense. Applicants whose scores are below 30 will not be accepted.

Note : Nursing Science applicants whose first or native language is not English must submit the required TOEFL or IELST scores, otherwise the applications will be automatically disqualified.

2. One of following test results as following (please submit the original document with an official English language translation) :

- Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

- International General Certificate in Secondary Education (IGCSE) or General Certificate in Secondary Education (GCSE)

- 6th or 7th Form of National Chinese English Assessment (NCEA)

- GAT, PAT 2 for software Engineering Program applicants only

3. High School Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPAX) of at least 2.5 or equivalent.

4. A GPA Score of 2.5 or higher, or C+, or equivalent, in each of the following three subjects: Science, Mathematics and English (this requirement is for Mechanical Engineering and Nursing Science applicants only)

Application Document

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

1. One copy of the completed Application Form (Download from the Chiang Mai University International College website : http://www.cmuic.cmu.ac.th

2. Two 1-inch, full-face photographs taken within the last 6 months.

3. High School graduation certificate/diploma for Matayom Suksu 6, or Grade 12 or equivalent.

4. For Thai citizens: a copy of the Thai I.D. Card and home registration paper (Tabian Baan).

For foreigners but non-English-speaking nationals: a copy of the I.D. Card with official English language translation.

5. Certificate of English language ability: minimum IELTS band 5.0 or TOEFL (500 perper-based, or 173 computer-based, or 61 internet-based.)

6. High school official transcript, Thai or English, or its foreign equivalent (if not in English, please submit the original document with an official English language translation).

7. High school graduation certificate or diploma, Thai or English, or its foreign equivalent (if not in English, please submit the original document with an official English language translation).

8. A letter of recommendation from provious high school/institute.

9. Health certificate, Thai or English, issued within the last 6 months.

Nursing Science (BNS)
Admission Requirement	Qualification for Bachelor's Degree Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements: 1.1 Be at least 17 years old at the commencement of the course. 1.2 For a high school graduate from a foreign educational institution : a high school graduation certificate with pass grades in science and mathematics 1.3 For a high school graduate from a Thai educational institution, one of the following : 1.3.1 For an applicant who has successfully completed formal education under the Senior School Educational Curriculum 2001 (adjusted from 1990) : Science (Structure 2) 25 credits or Science (Structure 3) 21 credits; Mathematic (Structure 1) 15 credits; English language 12 credits, or 1.3.2 For an applicant who has successfully completed formal education under the Fundamental Educational Curriculum 2001 : Science - at least 22 credits; Mathematics – at least 12 credits; English language - at least 9 credits, or 1.3.3 For an applicant who has successfully completed informal education : Has studied subjects that are equivalent to the formal educational curriculum, has evidence of science laboratory session equivalent to the formal educational curriculum 1.4 Be in good health.

Nursing Science (BNS)

Admission Requirement

Qualification for Bachelor's Degree
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
1.1 Be at least 17 years old at the commencement of the course.
1.2 For a high school graduate from a foreign educational institution : a high school graduation certificate with pass grades in science and mathematics
1.3 For a high school graduate from a Thai educational institution, one of the following :
1.3.1 For an applicant who has successfully completed formal education under the Senior School Educational Curriculum 2001 (adjusted from 1990) : Science (Structure 2) 25 credits or
Science (Structure 3) 21 credits; Mathematic (Structure 1) 15 credits; English language 12 credits, or
1.3.2 For an applicant who has successfully completed formal education under the Fundamental Educational Curriculum 2001 : Science - at least 22 credits; Mathematics – at least 12 credits; English language - at least 9 credits, or
1.3.3 For an applicant who has successfully completed informal education : Has studied subjects that are equivalent to the formal educational curriculum, has evidence of science laboratory session equivalent to the formal educational curriculum
1.4 Be in good health.

Application Documentation

3. Two copies of your official high school transcript.
4. Two passport size photographs (3cm x 4cm), taken within the last 6 months.
5. For applicants whose first language/mother tongue is NOT English language : An English language certificate awarded less that 2 years prior to the date of your application. Minimum requirement : IELTS band 5.5, TOEFL paper–based 500/ computer–based 173, or an internationally recognized equivalent certificate
(NOTE : Applicants who do not have an English language certificate may be accepted subject to the results of the written Entrance Examination and interview, both conducted in English language.)
6. Two copies of a letter of recommendation.
