Application Requirement	1. จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือเทียบเท่า 2. ผลสอบวัดระดับความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ TOEFL 500 หรือ 61 IBT หรือ IELTS 5.5 หรือการสอบภาษาอังกฤษอื่นๆที่วิทยาลัยนานาชาติยอมรับ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษดังกล่าว ผู้สมัครสามารถสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ 3. ผลงานการออกแบบเขียนลง CD 2ชิ้นงานเป็นอย่างน้อย 4. ผ่านการทดสอบการออกแบบและการวาดรูป (จัดสอบโดยวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร) 5. การสอบสัมภาษณ์ เอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบการสมัคร 1. สำเนาใบประกาศนียบัตรระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2. สำเนาแสดงผลการศึกษา (Transcript) โดนจะต้องได้รับการยอมรับจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 3. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของตนเองและผู้ปกครอง 4. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของตนเองและผู้ปกครอง 5. ผลงานการออกแบบเขียนลง CD 2ชิ้นงานเป็นอย่างน้อย 6. ผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษ IELTS, TOEFL (ถ้ามี) 7. รูปถ่าย 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 4 รูป

2. ผลสอบวัดระดับความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ TOEFL 500 หรือ 61 IBT หรือ IELTS 5.5 หรือการสอบภาษาอังกฤษอื่นๆที่วิทยาลัยนานาชาติยอมรับ ในกรณีที่ไม่มีผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษดังกล่าว ผู้สมัครสามารถสอบวัดระดับภาษาอังกฤษของวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ

4. ผ่านการทดสอบการออกแบบและการวาดรูป (จัดสอบโดยวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร)

1. สำเนาใบประกาศนียบัตรระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

2. สำเนาแสดงผลการศึกษา (Transcript) โดนจะต้องได้รับการยอมรับจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ

3. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของตนเองและผู้ปกครอง

4. สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของตนเองและผู้ปกครอง

5. ผลงานการออกแบบเขียนลง CD 2ชิ้นงานเป็นอย่างน้อย

6. ผลการสอบภาษาอังกฤษ IELTS, TOEFL (ถ้ามี)

7. รูปถ่าย 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 4 รูป

Admission Requirements	1. Thai Educational System: Hogh School 2. International Educational System: - GED - NZQA, GCSE, IGCSE, GCE "O" or "A" level, IB (must be approved by the Ministry of Education, Royal Thai Goverment) 3. English proficiency with a minimum TOEFL score (PBT=500, CBT=173, IBT=61) or IELTS score (5.5) within 2 years before the application date or pass the SUIC English Proficiency Test 4. Motivational interview Application Documents 1. A completely filled-in and signed application form with a 1-inch photo attached. The application form can be downloaded at www.suic.org. 2. A copy of high school level education transcript and diploma. Application who has completed a high school level (or equivalent) from an academic institute abroad must submit "High School Equivalency Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Education, Royal Thai Goverment. 3. A copy of goverment identification document for both the applicant and the parent: Passport (for foreign nationalities) or Identification Card (for Thai nationality) 4. A copy of House Registration for both the applicant and the parent (for Thai nationality) 5. A copy of official English language test score (if any) 6. Three (3) sets of facing-forward and no sunglasses photo in 1-inch size 7. Application fee of THB 500, The applicant who applies by postal mail shall attach all required documents and a copy of bank deposit slip or a copy of money order mentioning the applicant's name with the applicantion form.

- GED

- NZQA, GCSE, IGCSE, GCE "O" or "A" level, IB
